Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your TISAYN keepsake. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unmarked, and in their original condition.
• The journal must not have any writing, damage, or signs of use.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return: Please contact us at yulingyyc@gmail.com with your order number. We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-returnable items: Items that have been written in, personalized, or used in any way cannot be returned.
