Thank you for shopping with TISAYN. Here is everything you need to know about shipping.

Processing time:

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping destinations:

  • We currently ship to the United States.
  • Orders to other destinations may not be available at this time.

Shipping method & cost:

  • Standard shipping: FREE on all orders.
  • Estimated delivery: 8-15 business days after shipment.
  • All shipments include full tracking information, provided via email after dispatch.

Order tracking:

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order using the tracking link provided.

Customs & duties:

  • Orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) where applicable. Import duties and taxes are handled as part of your shipment.
  • If any additional customs fees apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.

Delays:

  • Delivery times are estimates. Unforeseen delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier schedules, or weather conditions.

Missing packages:

  • If your package does not arrive within 25 business days of shipment, please contact us at yulingyyc@gmail.com and we will assist you.
